Tracy grew up on the South Side of Chicago, where her curiosity for the world was ignited at an early age. By the time she graduated from university, she had studied and traveled through 20 countries, each journey deepening her appreciation for culture, creativity and human connection. A naturally gifted artist, she honed her craft while teaching art for four years during college, an experience that solidified her passion for inspiring others through creative vision. After graduation, she took that passion even further—helping establish a school program for underprivileged children in Haiti, where she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of art and education. These experiences shaped her lifelong mission: to help others see and interpret the world through creativity, empathy and a deeper understanding of the stories that connect us all.

With over 25 years of experience on Wall Street, Tracy’s creative passions were seldom hobbies—they were a driving force, steadily growing alongside her career. What began as side pursuits soon took on a life of their own, eventually eclipsing her time in finance and leading her to fully embrace a path driven by art, storytelling and innovation.

In 2011, Tracy created, produced, directed and hosted In Pursuit of Passion, a three-time award-winning travel television series that celebrates individuals around the world who fearlessly chase their dreams.
