ABOUT TRACY
Tracy grew up on the South Side of Chicago, where her curiosity for the world was ignited at an early age. By the time she graduated from university, she had studied and traveled through 20 countries, each journey deepening her appreciation for culture, creativity and human connection.
A naturally gifted artist, she honed her craft while teaching art for four years during college, an experience that solidified her passion for inspiring others through creative vision. After graduation, she took that passion even further—helping establish a school program for underprivileged children in Haiti, where she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of art and education.
These experiences shaped her lifelong mission: to help others see and interpret the world through creativity, empathy and a deeper understanding of the stories that connect us all.
Following over 25 years of experience on Wall Street, Tracy went on to create, produce, direct and host In Pursuit of Passion, a three-time award-winning television show celebrating people around the world who fearlessly chase their dreams.
She is the author and illustrator of numerous children’s books and plays, one of which inspired the theme of Flub‑a‑Dub‑Chub’s — a beloved Chicago neighborhood restaurant now inducted into the Vienna Beef Hall of Fame.
In 2020, Tracy founded Pooch Paper, a patented eco-friendly paper alternative to plastic dog waste bags (as seen on ABC’s Shark Tank), and she is the creator of the HOCKLEY Collection, a home/body fragrance artfully curated to evoke emotion through terra and tradition.
Tracy’s journey stems from a single conviction: that creativity is an act of resilience. Tracy invites audiences to see the world through her lens - one shaped by perseverance, reinvention and the belief that possibility expands when we refuse to quit.
Her keynote has been shared with audiences nationwide, bringing this same energy to the stage, inspiring people to push past limits and reimagine what they’re capable of.
