Tracy Rosensteel is a seasoned Wall Street executive with 25+ years advising global capital markets clients and leading mission‑critical trading‑floor technology initiatives. She is also a serial creator and entrepreneur whose ventures blend strategic rigor, storytelling and environmental purpose.
In 2020, she founded Pooch Paper — a patented eco‑friendly paper alternative to plastic dog waste bags that earned national attention with her appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank. The company reflects her lifelong commitment to conservation, shaped by years as a dedicated catch‑and‑release fly‑fisherwoman.
She is also the creator, director, producer and host of a three-time award‑winning travel series In Pursuit of Passion, which debuted on PBS and now streams on Amazon, spotlighting individuals around the world who pursue their dreams with courage and conviction.
Most recently, Tracy launched the HOCKLEY Collection, a luxury fragrance inspired by her family’s historic Annapolis homestead, Hockley in the Hole, and rooted in her belief that scent can preserve memory and revive moments long forgotten.
Tracy also runs a strategic consultancy, where she supports clients across many sectors — spearheading a national franchise launch for a golf entertainment brand, advising on equity capital strategy for real estate development, serving as Chief Strategy Officer for OVW Wrestling - a professional wrestling organization led by former WWE’s Al Snow - working with business leaders to build the roadmap to unlimited growth in their companies.
